Ingredients

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), acidity regulator (citric acid), L-lysine, flavourings, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methione, L-tryptophan , L-histidine, sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame K), color (carminic acid and patent blue V).

May contain traces of milk, gluten, soy, eggs and crustaceans.

Recommended daily dose: 14 g

method of employment

Dissolve 14g (1 scoop) with 150-200ml of water and take before and/or after training.
