Shipping policy

Information

Currently, we only ship to the Spanish peninsula. We are working to offer shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands in the near future.

Shipments depend on the time the purchase is made. The shipping can take between 24 and 48 hours.

Each time a shipment leaves our facilities you will be notified with an email. It is from this moment when the delivery time begins to count.

In case you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a receipt for attempted delivery and / or notify you by text message or email so you can contact them and arrange a delivery time.

Carrier

We work with MRW for the logistics of our shipments. Orders confirmed with these companies before 14:15 (on a working day) will arrive at their destination in the next two days from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Delivery time may vary due to uncontrolled factors.

Shipping costs

In Nutragenics we guarantee a free shipping from the minimum amount of 19,99 €.

If the minimum amount for free shipping is not reached, you can choose home delivery for 4,99 €.
