Shipping policy
Information
Currently, we ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We are working to offer shipping to the Canary Islands in the near future.
Shipments depend on the time the purchase is made. Processing may take between 24 and 48 hours.
Every time a shipment leaves our facilities, you will be notified via email. It is from this moment that the delivery period begins to count.
In case you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a delivery attempt receipt and/or notify you via text message or email so you can contact them and arrange a delivery time. Some delivery companies may leave the package at a pick-up point if you are not available at home.
Carrier
We work with MRW, Correos Express, and GLS for our shipping logistics. Orders confirmed with these companies before 1:00 PM (on business days) will arrive at their destination within the next two days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders to the Balearic Islands may take between 3 and 5 days.
The delivery time may vary due to uncontrolled factors.
Shipping Costs
- At NUTRAGENICS, we guarantee free shipping starting from a minimum amount of €20 within the mainland.
- We guarantee free shipping to the Balearic Islands starting from a minimum amount of €70.
- If the minimum amount for free shipping is not reached, you can choose home delivery for €3.99.
- In the case of the Balearic Islands, if the minimum amount for free shipping is not reached, you can choose home delivery for €4.99.
- The minimum order to make a purchase is €9.99.
